First Rollercoaster Ride

Ok, it isn't a real rollercoaster, but Odin doesn't know that. We were out working on our new house, and Odin decided he had enough of the stroller. So Ryan thought it would be a good idea to throw him around in it. I about peed my pants when I saw what was happening, but then he was laughing so much, I decided to record it.

He Rolls!

Odin is growing up so fast. Just yesterday I was helping him roll from his back to his front. And today he just did it himself. Over. and. over. Before I know it, he will be walking.

Proof

I know this is an aweful picture of me (I had a baby 10 days after this picture was taken) but this is proof of the enjoyment that Ryan gets to matching with others. It was conference Sunday. Jill and Karin both had on BYU t-shirts and Ryan thought it would be fun to be like them. Then he made me drag my fat pregnant butt upstairs and squeeze into my too-small shirt. And I was forced to wear his shorts because I didn't have any tan ones that fit me. But it was fun to take the picture. Just try and ignore the fat swollen person between Ryan and Jill.

Like Father, Like Son

Ryan and Odin have the same birthmark on the back of their head. A few months ago, Ryan shaved his head so we could get a picture of them, side by side. And, Ryan thinks it is fun to be matchie-matchie with everyone (especially me) so we put them in matching outfits.

He's a talker

At only 3 months old, Odin is talking my ear off. If he isn't asleep or eating, he is making all kinds of fun noises. I think it is so cute, but I am a little worried about when he is older. Will he still be this cute?!?

6 weeks!

Today Odin is 6 weeks old! I can't believe how time flies with a
newborn (especially with how little sleep I get) He is focusing better
and smiles all the time. AND he is finally getting the hang of
sleeping! We also discovered Odin is a good little traveler. We drove
to Utah for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner, and he did great in the car. He
complained less than I did.

Smiling

His first smile caught on camera. Ryan was sitting with the phone
ready to take this picture for about 5 minutes, hoping he would smile.
His patience paid off!
